Since the first years of celebrating day April, 27 began one of esteemed holidays sakha people because this date connects the major historical moments in life of republic: Day of declaration of autonomous republic in far 1922 and coming into force of the Constitution of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) in 1992. These two events have changed shape of Yakutia, gave a basis for political, economic, cultural and intellectual development of republic.
Certainly, it is always pleasant to speak about successes and achievements of the native land, especially if there are for that powerful reasons. « Past year has added to us with you of confidence and optimisms in realization of the planned purposes on the further social and economic development of republic, on improvement of well-being of its inhabitants » , - has continued the speech vice-president RS (Y).
It is necessary to note, that for last three years the steady tendency of increase of birth rate which exceeds a death rate is observed. For the first time for last seven years reduction of parameters of desease of all population is marked.
The Federal state order for realization cardio-and other surgical operations for patients from all Far East is trusted to the national centre of medicine РС and they with success with it consult. General life expectancy of the population has increased also. If in 2005 this figure was 63,5 years in 2007 it is 65,6 years.
Eugeny Isaevna has noted, that undertakings of bodies of the government find support at the population, results of the Russian sociological research testify to it: Yakutia has come in first ten regions where activity of bodies of the state authorities is estimated by inhabitants of region most highly, and on a level of an information openness Yakutia is on the second place after Hanty-Mansijsy republic.
In promptly varying world achievement of success is destiny of those who confirms everyday the status with the real affairs, new knowledge, opening of a science and culture, successes in economy and in education. Names of those our republic is proud of whom:

It is necessary to achieve introduction of side benefits on travel to other categories of the population. There is actual a question of social support of workers of budgetary sphere: teachers, doctors, representatives of a science. You see the standard of living of the given category of citizens influences a mental potential of our republic.
Thus, chairman Gossobranija has noted a number of unsolved problems: a low standard of living of peasants, representatives of the budgetary sphere, not yet enough advanced average and small business.

The general director of airline " Yakutia " Ivan Alekseevich Prostit has named inhabitants of Yakutia « most flying people in the country », you see almost each inhabitant uses air transport even once a year. Having congratulated all with a holiday on behalf of the Government of republic, the State Assembley and he has noted Administrations of the President and Government RS, that Day of Republic has become a habit, in a life and began traditionally to one of the holidays in one year. Because April, 27 in 1922 it was formed Yakut ASSR, and April, 27 in 1992 the Constitution of republic which has put in pawn bases of statehood in completely new conditions when there was a change of political system as a whole was accepted.
As to social and economic, political development of republic here the President has noticed, that for the first time the parliament works on a party basis: on the one hand, it allows to express interests of people, and, with another more full, creates a healthy competition that provides dynamics of development of republic.
Realization of new projects, development of economy enable development in extremely important question - maintenance of the future young generation. The new workplaces demanding high qualification are created. But to correspond to these requirements, it is necessary to reconstruct system of a professional training and fastening on places of development of new manufacture. That is why in republic two big programs on development of the Yakut state university and the Yakut state agricultural academy are realized.
During realization of these programs there are new specialities on which there is a training young people. At present Yakut State University is the largest Higher educational institution on the Far East. This year construction of new faculties on oil-and-gas specialities in begins. Peace. « It meets the requirements of time, you see experts of a different orientation, a different level of preparation » are necessary for us, - the President has emphasized.
Vyacheslav Anatol'evich has mentioned not only a high level of realization of Days of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the world Championship on boxing, but also about forthcoming IV International sports « Children of Asia ».
